UMA is the Utility Metering Association. Its members are formed from utilities across electricity, gas and water including irrigation.

Mission Statement

The mission of UMA is to provide a forum where utility industry professionals and non-professionals (electricity, gas, water, irrigation) can discuss and debate issues associated with the development of a holistic, strategic approach to metering systems.

AIM

To share non-commercial metering-related information between members.

To provide an open forum where members can jointly work together to

• improve market awareness;
• provide utility news and information;
• discuss topics of interest and speaker to be included in the annual Metering & Billing/CRM Australia/New Zealand conference.
