| Membership of the Utilities Metering Association will commence by allowing delegates attending the Metering Billing/CRM Australia-New Zealand 2006 conference in Brisbane in November 2006 to become foundation members for the first 12 months.
Following the first year, members will need to pay annual membership fees.
